2. Products and orders
We sell physical 3D-printed finished products. Read each listing for dimensions, materials, intended use, included parts and availability. Layer lines and minor finish variations can be characteristic of 3D printing, but products must still meet their description and applicable quality requirements. Standard products do not become personalised products merely because they are printed after an order.
An order is confirmed by our acceptance. If we cannot supply an accepted order, we will contact you and refund payments for the unavailable goods. Obvious pricing errors will be discussed with you rather than charged at a different price without your agreement.
3. Prices and payment
The price, currency, applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment. The payment methods actually available to you are displayed at checkout. Orders are processed after successful payment. International import duties, local taxes and carrier clearance charges may apply where these are not included in checkout; responsibility follows the terms disclosed for your shipment and applicable law.
4. Delivery
We ship to the address supplied with the order. Availability, production and delivery estimates are stated on the product page or at checkout. We will inform you of material delays. If no delivery period is agreed, applicable statutory delivery deadlines apply. Your legal rights where delivery is late, missing or damaged are not excluded. For consumer orders, risk normally passes when you or your nominated recipient receives the goods, subject to applicable law.
5. Returns, exchanges and refunds
We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges beyond rights required by law. If there is a problem with your order, contact info@renodsp.com with your order number and a description of the issue. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
EU/EEA and UK consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases of standard goods after delivery, followed by 14 days to send them back after giving notice. This remains available for standard products printed to order. Any exception for genuinely personalised goods applies only where the legal requirements are met and disclosed before purchase. Mandatory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods always remain available.
6. Product issues and legal guarantees
Contact us when you discover an issue so we can investigate and arrange the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Photos can help but do not replace your statutory rights. There is no blanket seven-day deadline that removes legal guarantee rights. A disclosed printing characteristic is not by itself a defect, but it does not excuse a product that fails to match the agreed description or legally required quality.
Australian customers retain applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees, including remedies for major failures. Customers in other countries retain any mandatory local remedies.
7. Safe use and responsibility
Use products only for the purpose and compatibility described in their listing and follow supplied instructions. Collectibles may include small or fragile parts; do not assume they are children’s toys. Automotive products require checking compatibility and appropriate installation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Intellectual property
Rights in original RenoDSP content remain with their respective owners. Game names, characters and other third-party intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders. A product listing does not imply an official affiliation unless expressly stated.
9. Privacy and communications
See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Order communications are used to fulfil and support your purchase. Marketing consent is separate from buying or contacting us.
10. Law and complaints
Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Any competent court rights available to consumers are preserved. Please contact us first with a complaint so we can try to resolve it.
