Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

1. Who is responsible

RenoDSP is a sole proprietorship in the Netherlands. Address: Verzetsstraat 66, 2912 CV Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, Netherlands. KvK: 96950560. VAT: NL005239559B10. Contact: info@renodsp.com or +31 6 23523111.

2. Information we use and why

  • Orders: your name, billing and delivery address, email, products ordered, payment status and transaction references are used to process your purchase, arrange delivery and handle support. The legal basis is performing our contract with you. A telephone number is only needed where required for a particular delivery or when you choose to provide it.
  • Payments: payment details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, including WooPayments and Stripe. We receive payment status and transaction information; we do not need your full card number or security code in a contact message.
  • Enquiries: your email and message, and any name you choose to provide, are used to reply. This is necessary for pre-contract enquiries or our legitimate interest in providing customer service. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing.
  • Accounts: if you create an account, we use your login and order information to provide account access and order history.
  • Security: technical information such as IP addresses and server logs may be processed to operate the website, prevent fraud and investigate faults, based on our legitimate interest in a secure webshop.
  • Optional analytics, marketing and external content: where enabled, these are subject to your cookie choices. We use consent for non-essential tracking. Any email marketing subscription must be optional and can be withdrawn.

3. Cookies and third-party content

Necessary technologies support the cart, login, security, checkout and your cookie preferences. Optional services may include Google analytics and advertising, social advertising integrations and the Elfsight widget displaying Etsy shop reviews. External services can receive your IP address, browser information and page information when loaded. Use the cookie banner to refuse optional categories or change your choice later through . Refusing optional tracking does not prevent purchases. See the Cookie Policy.

4. Who receives information

Information is shared only as needed with our hosting provider Hostinger, website and payment service providers, the carrier used for your delivery, and accounting or legal service providers where necessary. WooCommerce runs our shop; WooPayments/Stripe process relevant payments. Optional providers such as Google, social platforms and Elfsight may receive information when their services are enabled. Authorities may receive information where required by law.

5. International processing

We serve customers worldwide. Some providers process information outside the European Economic Area or the UK. Where required, international transfers must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your order or enquiry.

6. Retention

We keep information only for the purpose for which it is needed. Order and invoice records subject to Dutch fiscal retention requirements are normally retained for seven years; a different statutory period may apply to particular records. Customer support correspondence is retained while an enquiry, order issue or legal claim requires it and then reviewed for deletion. Account information is retained while the account is used or where an order or legal obligation requires it. Withdrawing consent does not require deletion of records we must retain by law.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to info@renodsp.com. We may ask for proportionate verification and normally respond to GDPR requests within one month; lawful extensions will be explained. You may complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or the competent privacy regulator in your country. Mandatory local privacy rights remain unaffected.

8. Keeping information limited and secure

Please provide only information needed for your order or enquiry. Do not send identity documents, card details or sensitive information unless specifically necessary and securely arranged. Access to customer information is limited to what is needed for shop operations. No website can guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

We update this policy when our services or processing change. The date above identifies the current version.
