Article 1 – Definitions

  • Entrepreneur: RenoDSP, sole proprietorship based in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, The Netherlands.
  • Customer: the natural or legal person placing an order.
  • Products: 3D-printed products offered via the webshop.
  • Agreement: any agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the customer via the webshop.

Article 2 – Applicability

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers and orders.
  2. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
  3. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Offer

  • Products are described as clearly and accurately as possible.
  • Images are indicative; minor deviations in color, finish, or dimension are normal due to the 3D printing process.

Article 4 – Conclusion of agreement

  • The agreement is concluded once the customer places an order and it is confirmed by the entrepreneur.
  • The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse orders in case of doubt about payment or misuse.

Article 5 – Prices

  • Prices in the webshop are displayed in Euro (€) by default.
  • Depending on the visitor’s location (for example, via IP geolocation), the webshop may automatically display another currency, such as USD ($).
  • The final price and currency are confirmed during checkout and payment.
  • Minor differences in displayed prices due to exchange rates are possible and are not the responsibility of the entrepreneur.
  • Shipping costs are clearly stated before completing the order.
  • Price changes do not affect already placed orders.

Article 6 – Payment

  • Payment via the webshop’s available payment methods.
  • Orders are only processed after full payment is received.

Article 7 – Delivery

  • Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery times are indicative and not fatal deadlines.
  • Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal / Returns

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt, unless the product is custom-made.
  2. Products made specifically for the customer or personalized (e.g., unique 3D prints) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  3. If returns are allowed: products must be unused and in original condition, return costs are for the customer’s account.

Article 9 – Product Quality

  1. 3D-printed products may show traces or layers as a result of the manufacturing process.
  2. This is not considered a defect, provided the product meets the agreed specifications.
  3. All products are quality-checked before shipping.

Article 10 – Warranty

  • Products comply with the agreement and reasonable standards of quality.
  • Minor imperfections inherent to 3D printing are not defects.
  • Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt.

Article 11 – Liability

  • The entrepreneur is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
  • Liability is limited to the order value.
  • Use of 3D-printed products is at the customer’s own risk.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and texts remain the property of the entrepreneur.
  • Copying, distributing, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

Article 13 – Privacy

  • Personal data is processed according to GDPR.

Article 14 – Governing Law

  • Dutch law applies.
  • Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
